Some customers have set up with a service called Wise (https://wise.com). They seem to be able to set it up within about 10 minutes and transfer the payment. We can see it at our end almost instantly. You could take a look at it if your bank is difficult or expensive for international transfers.

You can pay Wise in a variety of ways, including by credit card, and they pass it on via EFT bank transfer to our account almost instantly.

 

Quick hints on transferring with Wise:

1. Set up your account with Wise. https://wise.com/

2. Click on "send"

3. click "+ Add" button for "Who are you sending to?"

4. Select AUD for "Select their currency".

5. Select "Bank details".

6. Select "Business or Charity"

7. Their email, "Orders@GreenCrossPharmacy.email"

8. Name of business, "GCP Payments".

9. BSB, [in the email we send you].

10. Account number, [in the email we send you].

11. Continue.

12. It will say "The account is in the name of RAXARD P/L ACN 089 244 155", which is our payment partner in Australia. It is correct. Select "Continue without fixing".

13. "GCP Payments gets", enter the exact AUD amount we quoted in the email we sent you.

14. "Paying with", you can "Change" the way you give Wise the money if you wish.

15. "Reference for GCP Payments (optional)", put your order number.

16. Continue, see the summary of your transaction and costs.

17. Continue to Payment.

18. Make the payment to Wise for the amount to transfer [in the email we send you], plus their small fee.

19. "All Done!"
