Payment processing for our Exchange4Free payment portal
Unfortunately the payment gateway will not work from a mobile phone device or iPads at the moment. Use a desktop or laptop computer. Customers report that the Chrome browser works better.
1. Select the "Manual Pay" menu option at the top of this page.
2. Click on the "Pay Now" button. You'll be taken to the Exchange4Free payment gateway.
3. Once on the Exchange4Free form you'll need to complete your information before being given your local currency amount to pay :
Under Book A Payment
a. Country paying from - select the country you are paying from the list
b. Payer type - select individual
c. First Name - enter your first name
d. Last Name - enter your last name
e. Passport/ID number - enter Your passport number or national ID number
f. Payment Method - select either EFT or Credit Card or Debit Card
g. Transfer Reason - select Pay Invoice
h. Invoice Currency - select United States Dollars (USD)
i. Invoice Amount - enter The Total Amount of your invoice
j. Hit Get Quote - to see the amount that will be charged in your
currency - make a note
Under Payer Details
k. Payment Reference Type - select Invoice Number
l. Payment Reference - insert your Order Number that your noted earlier.
m. Email Address - insert your email address
n. Country - select Your country
o. Mobile number - enter your mobile number (do not enter the ‘0’ or '+' at the start of your number)
p. City - enter the suburb or city where you live
q. Street Address - enter the name of your street and the number of your house/apartment/unit (if you live in an apartment or a unit please enter the number as 2-19 and not as 2/19)
r. Postal Code - enter your postal code
5. If you are happy to proceed tick the 3 confirmation boxes under CONFIRM AND PAY
6. Then click the PAY NOW button
7. You will then be given a reference number and the your local currency amount will appear and the credit card option will be selected. Click on the SUBMIT button.
8. Now you will be able to enter your credit/debit card information and billing address in the normal way when using your card online before clicking PAY. Occasionally you might be asked to join an "online verification" system. Just continue on. Your payment is not complete until you reach the page with the large green heading "Payment Successful".
9. After completing your transaction you will receive an email as well as a text confirmation that your payment has been processed.
